Rangers hope to have winning ticket in Alexis Lafreniere sweepstakes

The second phase of NHL's draft lottery is Monday and the Rangers are one of eight teams with a chance to win the first overall pick and a chance to select the 2019 Canadian Hockey League Player of the Year.
